"Good"
The room was clean when we arrived. The staff is friendly. The complimentary breakfast was decent. The best part of breakfast was the waffles. And coffee was actually decent. We liked that the hotel was close to everywhere we needed to go, although Ithaca is not a huge city. We were in town to tour Cornell, but we were able to squeeze in a drive to the falls.

My room was very nice. The bathroom was very nice. I found the bed very comfortable. The only minor issue was the lack of a bathroom fan, which I found unusual. The free breakfast was good and the facility was very clean. The gym was clean and well taken care of. I did not use the pool and I regret not bringing swim trunks. The staff was very friendly and actually looked like they enjoyed their work! I will be back!

Deja is awesome. She always goes out of her way to make you stay the best. Breakfast is an awesome bonus. The ladies there make sure you have everything you need.

This stay was to join annual family Thanksgiving dinner celebration. Due to a severe accident of my 86 yr old sister, 1 of our 2 rooms was cancelled on 11/9/ 2023 without any problem. Due to further complications due to that accident, as of 11/21, we also had to miss the annual celebration in Ithaca. Our room reservation had to be cancelled as of 11/21. While I presumed some penalty would be applied, I never expected the full cost, including taxes, etc. would be charged. Under the circumstances, I find this to be unconscionable!!!

The staff was very responsive when we had difficulty with our TV and friendly overall. I appreciate the breakfast and coffee service and I love that they have an indoor pool which feels great after a long day of travel or sightseeing.
